Items can be returned for reimbursement within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
Send a email to email@example.com to obtain claim instructions and for return of your item. When authorized, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) which will contain a mail address label. Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense.
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received by us, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
The item returned must be in new condition to receive reimbursement.
If an item is damaged in shipment to you, please notify the shipper immediately on receipt and refuse the shipment, and then notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In addition, take photos of the damaged shipment. Email the photos with a description of the damage to email@example.com. A replacement item will be shipped within 2 business days after confirmation of the damage.
